Weld Extract - Weld (Reseda luteola), also known as dyer’s weed or dyer's rocket, is native to Eurasia but now grows in North America as well. The Earthues weld extract produces a knockout yellow color and is one of the more lightfast and wash-fast of the many yellow dyes. It works equally well on linen, wool, and silk. This ancient dye plant can be found in rugs from Central Asia, Turkey, and Europe, as it was popular for its lightfastness and ability to produce beautiful greens when over0dyed with indigo or woad.
